IntelliPest, operated by Bug Stoppers Pest Control, offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on all subscription and one-time purchases. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

How to request a refund

Our online reseller and Merchant of Record for all orders is Paddle.com. Refunds are processed by Paddle. To request a refund:

  1. Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout. Paddle will guide you through requesting a refund.
  2. Or contact us at info@bugstopperspestcontrol.net and we'll help coordinate the refund with Paddle.

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method. The time it takes to appear on your statement depends on your bank or card issuer, typically 5 to 10 business days.

Subscriptions

You can cancel a subscription at any time. When you cancel, you keep access to Premium features through the end of your current billing period, and you will not be charged again. Cancellation itself is not a refund — to request a refund of the current period, use the process above within the 30-day window.

One-time purchases

One-time purchases (such as a Detailed Pest Report) are also covered by the 30-day money-back guarantee.
